Pedal a rickshaw through a sunlit 1986 Dhaka neighbourhood, with passengers on board.

Working title. Riksha 1986. Before the flyovers and the bus stations, the lanes belonged to rickshaws.

The streets are lined with mango and coconut trees and bougainvillea hangs over the garden walls. You feel every passenger in the pedals.

I grew up in a neighbourhood like this one. It doesn’t look like this any more, so I’m building it.
